So Essie has just released the details on its new summer collection and the shades are just so warm weather apropos.

If you're wondering where the inspiration came for these hues, here's the 411 on that...

This year’s runways reflected the ease of the season with youthful, upbeat clothing in feminine
fabrics, explains Essie Weingarten, President and Founder of Essie Cosmetics, Ltd. I was inspired
by the vivid pastels at Versace and the splashy florals at DKNY. I created this collection to reflect the
youthful, fun-to-wear flirty frocks.

I'm adoring the fact that the trend now is to not to go so matchy-matchy on your hands and toes.  So I might just try Miss Matched on my fingers and Knockout Pout on my feet.
