clinique holiday collection... black tie violets holiday 2009

I adore Clinique for always keeping up with the trends, but making their picks one of the more affordable department store lines.

This collection I'm loving for the fact that it's all purple-y and stuff.

Purple was my color back in the day...when you could literally do your whole room up in purple and not a soul would blink, or think you were nuts.

I mean, I was twelve people.

Anywho...here's some of my faves from their new holiday color collection Black Tie Violets.

Brush-On Cream Liner ($14.50) I've checked out their gel liners before and loved them.  This one has some fabulous potential in their limited edition shade of Violet Luxe. 

Different Lipstick ($14) Who doesn't love Clinique’s Different Lipstick? Their new shade A Different Grape is actually the inspiration behind this collection’s colour story.  Wear it alone, add a little over some balm for a stain effect, or use liner to really make a dramatic pout.

Full Potential Lips Plump and Shine ($17.50) Any gloss always gets my attention.  Loving these three colors..Bloomberry (Limited Edition), Double Plum (Limited Edition), Luscious Lilac.

Powder Brush ($30) Made of natural hair, it's available with a limited edition metalized handle.  A great size for powder, bronzer, or blush.  Features Clinique's unique anti-bacterial technology.
