Recently, I spoke to the owner/inventor of the Zannclip and she wanted us to pass along a little more information....I'm just hoping people realize the Zannclip will not break. EVER. You just have to worry about losing it. :-) I have them manufactured right here in the US- something I am proud of. I make the ZannClip mechanism in Colorado and I do the powder coating for the color clips there as well. Actually in a car body shop (same way cars are painted) so the coating is so extremely durable! The platinum and 24K gold plating I have done on Rhode Island in a factory where they also plate fine dining flatware which is made to hold up after years of use by hotels and restaurants. I plate them 15mils which is considered "thick" plating. Needless to say, the precious metal ones will also hold up very well. Fine quality and workmanship are extremely important to me. It's all in the details. This is also why I stand behind my products 100%!!! If any of my products break, full refund - though yet to happen thank goodness :-). Not happy- full refund. Pretty much any reason- full refund. Including shipping. I aim to please and I believe in the philosophy of "the customer is always right". How is that for customer service?!
